How to place an order?
STEP 1 : Click on the product that you are interested in.
STEP 2 : Click on add to cart button.
STEP 2 : Click on “Check Out” Button.
STEP 3 : Enter your shipping details by filling in all fields.
STEP 4 : Click on the Placed Order Button, And you have Done!

I just placed an order, when will it ship?
We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. We ship your order once you confirmed your order via call or message within 1 day. It takes 3-5 working days to be delivered a parcel.
Can I cancel my order?
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order before it ships. If the item is already sent, then the order can not be cancelled.
What is your Return and Exchange Policy?
We have a 14-day return and exchange policy but for more details check the Return and Exchange Policy page.
I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have miss spelled or auto filled in an incorrect address, simply reply to your order conformation email and confirm or Send us correct address on our WhatsApp (0328-6640345). If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 2 hours. No refund will be given after the 2 hours of incorrect submission.
Can I edit the order to add or remove products?
Yes, you can edit the order within 2hrs after placing the order or before packing and shipping. Once, it packed and shipped then it will not be edited and then no item can be added or removed.
