14 Days Checking And Replacement Policy

We have a 14-day return and exchange policy, which means you have 14 days but notify us within 24hrs after receiving your item to request a return if product has some defect or issue. We make sure that our customers get the products ordered by them in top condition without any defects. So you can enjoy complete satisfaction along with an impeccable level of service. That’s why we believe you have every right to have your product checked, and, if needed, replaced.

If any problem occurs, please notify us within 7 Days of purchase for Electronic items & 14 days for other items. However, If the product is physically damaged or broken upon delivery, you should immediately notify us within 24 hours via WhatsApp at 0328-6640345 so that we can take action immediately.

Things You Should Know Before Claiming Returns/Conditions for Return

  • Customers have to send the item back to our warehouse after the acknowledgment of our customer service
  • Customers have to send items via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post at their own expense to our address.
  • Replacement policy is valid for situations/circumstances given below:
  • In case you received the wrong product.
  • In case the product delivered to you has some defect or issue.
  • However, to Successfully replacement of your product
  • Notify within the time limit of 14 days.
  • You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us.
  • We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
  • The product should be undamaged, unused, and in the condition in which it was received
  • The parcel contains its original product packaging, manufacturer’s containers, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories that came in or were attached to the product when ordered.
  • None of the items mentioned above, including the product itself, is defaced or marked in any way, shape, or form.

How To Return or Exchange

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your item.

The other type of Goods that cannot be returned are the following:

  • The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
  • The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
  • The supply of Goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
  • The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Only regular-priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.

European Union 14-day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
